Was thinking earlier about how I kind of love that even though Sam's a total badass and can take care of herself, Freddie will still sometimes throw a protective arm out in front of her (and Carly too!). He really loves his girls. I love to watch his faces when he films the webshow, because he looks so freakin' amused by Carly and Sam.

ANYWAY. From that whole protective speculation junk, I started thinking about Freddie having to be the protector instead of Sam or something. Obvs, the only way this would happen is if Sam was physically incapable of being the muscle. Kind of like how in order for The Desert episode of Avatar to really work with Katara as their leader they had to first mentally incapacitate Sokka. So, here ya go. Sam's sick and Carly's worried and Freddie has to STEP IT UP. Also they are in a cave of sorts? CLEARLY this is a scene from a nonexistent iCarly epic fanfiction. XD




Uhh, my not real response to the 'Let's Eat' prompt at 5_4_3_2. It is not exactly food that Freddie will be eating. Um. Yes.

ps Sam lifting Freddie up is probably one of my favorite reoccurring gags. My only lament is that Jenette cannot actually lift Nathan and it's obviously a stunt double. :(




A response to alison_swift's 'I hate that I love you' prompt. I'd like it if Freddie's head wasn't so AWFUL.




For elphieee's 'Curl up in the sun and take a catnap' prompt! I love this one! They are lounging in the grass, all snuggled up against one another. BFFs!




I really love them. And because this is my journal and I can do as I please:

Seddie > Creddie! Huzzah!

(seriously the scale totally goes Seddie>Cam>Creddie>Any ship involving Nevel)

And the smoosh names still sound really stupid.

That one did turn out all sorts of awesome. I love drawing BFFs being... BFF-y! I like seeing them lounge about one another and do nothing but talk about totally insignificant things. It is the reason I did not completely write off the episode that aired on Saturday. Lewbert sucks, but the trio just hanging in the studio, doing nothing at all? AWESOME.

Despite Carly not really being all that exciting to me I actually do love drawing her. And, although I've drawn both Freddie and Sam a few times before, Carly's the one that seems to come more naturally. WEIRD.

I kind of OT3 them sometimes? Like, I'm pretty much ALWAYS drawn to OT3's because I hate breaking up trios and making them choose or whatever. So, I definitely enjoy getting a chance to draw them all together.

Hee! Cam! I do not particularly ship it, but I find it an incredibly endearing ship. (I also secretly think it's the most 'canon' ship.....)

Lolz, I just joined the ot3 ship a while ago. I'm a Seddie/Cam shipper, but I don't have any problems with Creddie so I figured why leave one person out? Lolz. && Cam is fer surez the most canon of all the ships, Carly & Sam are wayy too affectionate with each other.

These are all amazing. I love protective!Freddie and I am very pleased that he is now taller than the girls and can pull of the whole "macho man" thing without looking silly. And OMG, the 'catnap' pic - SO CUTE!! The blushing faces in the last one are so adorable. And the squiggly orange lines represent their UST-fueled body heat, right? ;)

Sam/Freddie FTW! We need more fan art like yours. If you ever get around to it, it would be awesome if we could get a Sam/Freddie slow dance, kind of like the Carly/Freddie dance in "iSpeed Date", with some head on shoulder action? T-Bo in the background is optional. I WOULD LOVE YOU FOREVER.

OMG, I KNOW. NATHAN IS GETTING SO TALL OMG OMG! My favorite part about Freddie is that he doesn't really go out of his way to act macho, when trouble arises he just acts on instinct - to either throw out a protective arm or hide behind Sam's hair. XD

I am horrifically biased towards Sam/Freddie so I shall see what I can do. Although, I actually thought Carly and Freddie's slow dance was mondo cute. Though not in a romantic way, but just like... in a two BFFs commiserating over their horrible dates kind of way. IDK.

I agree, the Carly/Freddie dance was insanely cute. And I actually don't have anything against Creddie. In fact, I'm one of those people who thinks Carly/Freddie needs to happen before Sam/Freddie can happen. But we shall see what Señor Schneider has in store for us.

Hee, I was actually thinking about that today. That in order for Freddie and Carly to realize that they don't really like one another in THAT way, they first have to get together. And Freddie has to realize that what he really liked was an unobtainable Carly and that the Carly before him now is his BEST FRIEND and he loves her, but NOT LIKE THAT.

Agreed! I mean, it all depends on how you look at the show and the Sam/Carly friendship. I see it as just a friendship, but if you look at it in a romantic way then the show is basically all about the Sam/Carly-ness.
