So I'm still upset about the family stuff, but yesterday went okay (it would have been better without the tag-a-long, but WHATEVER) and it was just really good to see my family and my sister totally bought me this shirt: http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj210/SunStillShines/1024091745c.jpg so I really can't stay mad at her.

Also, I got to work out a lot of my aggression by freaking out at someone over at Arnold's Room, so I'm all good now! It's a bummer, because I remember liking Lord Malachite's one story and respecting him as a writer, but he got so mean so fast and I'm sick of Debbie Downers in HA! fandom. Yes, Hey Arnold! ended and that is very sad, I totally understand that! It makes me sad and bitter too. But instead of focusing on all the negative, let's get the fuck over it and focus on remembering and celebrating the AWESOME.

The upside is that LM introduced a bunch of us in chat to the word ~boondoggle~ and now my life will never be the same!

Anyway, I'm spending the day doing laundry and hopefully sorting through my bookbag and probably playing FFX-2, because I kind of love that game even if it totally deviates from the feel of the first. But it's got a trio of ladies running around, being badass and going through MAGICAL TRANSFORMATION SCENES and it really should not surprise anyone that I love it!

ps I hate having to wait until Spring for HG/SS. I also hate that KH: Birth By Sleep is only coming out for PSP, because that's the KH game that I actually want to play. Not fucking Days. I really do not care about the organization, but I really want to play as Aqua! She looks so cool. <3333

I mean, there are some games for the PSP that I wouldn't mind playing, but it's SO MUCH MONEY and ughhhh. Maybe years down the line when all that stuff is like... 20 bucks I'll buy it, but for now I'll just have to wait.

FFX-2 is <333. Although I HAAAATE the Gunner's Gauntlet mini-game SO MUCH right now. I was like... not even an inch away from the end and my time ran out. *sobs*

Oh God, the Mini Game. I hate it so much too, I've made it to the bridge, but then I lose. So much hate.

Hold on, there's a character named Aqua in Birth By Sleep? I have a character named Aqua! I believe it is only suiting that I buy this game as soon as it comes out. <3

Also, I'm on the fence about 358/2 Days. It looks fun, but I feel so meh about the Organization. I'm also confused about the random Kairi nobody, if Namine was supposed to be related to Kairi in that manner. Then again, the whole Nobody aspect always confused me and it's still not very clear to me.

Me too. We went to see Where the Wild Things Are and that was kind of sort of painful, because I identified with the main character A LOT. I teared up throughout the whole movie.

I'm the same way. Though I totally spoiled myself about Xion, because I do not care about that game that much. I'll probably get it because I have a DS and love KH, but it's not like an aching need.

I don't have the aching need to play the game, either. I'm curious but I probably won't go out of my way to play it, unless my sister somehow gets this game inside the house for her DS. XD;

I actually loved it, but I went into it expecting the kind of movie it ended up being. It's not really a happy, feel good movie. Which, it's supposed to be an exploration of childhood anger, so I can understand that. And the other thing is that people are too quick to assume that it's a kid's movie, but it really isn't (although I think my brother liked it or at least connected with it in some way).

So, I don't know. I think it's generally a YMMV movie.

I don't know much about it. I think BBS is going to be a prequel that possibly explains who/what ansem/xehanort/xemnas really is. There's trio of Keyblade warriors - Terra, Ven and Aqua and they all have their own individual storylines that you can play through and they all eventually connect to one another.

It looks rad, but not rad enough to drop 100+ dollars on a PSP.

I'm asking for it for Christmas since I have the system it's available on and could use a new game. But I'm not uber excited for it or anything.

I'm glad someone else is saying it, because the Debbie Downers (well, one in particular, I think you know who) have been depressing me for a long time. They're the reason I don't step foot in Arnold's Room very much anymore.

Haha, yeah I know who. I don't actually frequent AR very much, because the site's basically dead now anyway (which is totally okay with me). But it's really disheartening to be in a chat and basically end up with a lot of unnecessary sadness. I want to talk about the good things about HA! not dwell on how badly the show got thrown about. And I don't give a damn about the 'good old days' and 'back then things were wonderful and the fandom was full of sunshine ALL THE TIME' because I really don't see a problem with the fandom as it is NOW.

Days was ok, but it wasn't fantastic. I wasn't impressed. But then again, I'm not impressed with most DS games. I don't really like the system that much. But I can't wait for Birth by Sleep! That game is going to be amazing~

I'm asking for it for Christmas, but I'm pretty spoiled for it already. IDK, I just don't really have much interest in the Organization's daily business or whatever. Roxas is okay, but really all I want is Sora/Riku/Kairi being adorable together.

And I'm REALLY hoping that Nomura keeps the trio as the main focus in KH3. Because Sora is my favorite video game protagonist and I really don't have much of an interest in playing as someone else.

X-2 is so fun! It's poppy and bouncy and doesn't take itself seriously and I like that it's basically just girls running around and having fun together. :D

I don't know. People are just really dumb sometimes. For the most part, HA! fandom is the best, but there's Negative Nancys in every fandom. It stinks. :\
