Journal - "Girlslash and WoW"

1) So apparently I blacked out sometime this past Saturday and signed up to do art of Rhonda/Patty for nick_girlslash's International Day of Femmeslash Fanmix. I only somewhat remember this occuring. What the fuck. I am going craaaaazy.

On the upside, RHONDA/PATTY.

Someone be sure to remind me that I have until July 11th to finish that, because I am sure to forget. D:

2) I am currently playing on a 10 day trial of World of Warcraft! I am a Level 16 Undead Warrior named Fuzzyslipper (it wouldn't let me add the extra 's'! D:< ) and I am terrible at it. I also think the game itself is kind of boring, but I really like teaming up with my RL friends and doing stuff. I'm torn on whether I should actually buy the game or not. It's $20 to activate the account and it's supposed to be $15 from then on? I think? :\

So yeah, it's an okay game, but I do not know if it is worth the continual fees I'd have to pay to play it.

3) I miss drawing.

4) I dunno, I'm just bored and sleepy and restless.

You're doing it because you're CRAZY! Sounds like fun though :D (Rhonda would totally be fixing Patty's hair and things, and Patty would just pick her up and kiss her).

I never got in to WoW. How much longer do you have in your trial? I guess keep playing til it runs out and then decide?

I am crazy! I do hope I get to do something fun though. I'm doing the Rhonda/Patty picture to Billy Joel's "All for Leyna" which is actually sort of depressing, but in a ridiculous Billy Joel way.

I spent a while sort of wondering if I should take a stab at anything for the girlslash fanmix, because I couldn't think of any HA! girlslash OTPs that I have. I dig the girlslash, but it's not my favorite. But Rhonda/Patty is so adorable and nobody else seems to really dig it. They mostly just stick to the main six girls, but I don't really OTP any of the main six girls. :\

I like WoW, but I don't love it. And I kind of see it as a waste of money that I may not have. But I like being able to connect with my RL friends even when we go back to college and are separated. So I am conflicted.

I have the trial until the 25, so only a bit longer now.

When? I'm up for it. I have been thinking that I ought to give it a whirl again, since I've been artblocked for like... ever.

I don't know! I could have sworn it was from the Unofficial HA! site, but I can't find it now. I uploaded it to my HA! official/concept art gallery if you'd like to see it. I also found a version of it without the backdrop, with just the boys and Sid is also in it. :\

I work until 8 on Friday, but I think it should be cool after that sometime? I don't think I'll be going anywhere.

Yeah, Stinky just looks... NOT GOOD. The art looks like it comes from a point in time that the artists should know that Stinky is supposed to have brown hair and non-melty eyes.
