Journal - "Sims Fannishness"

1) Um, I went on another friending frenzy and have pretty much added anyone who had added me without saying anything. HELLO LURKERS ILU!

2) The Kink Meme is off to a good, but slow start. Seriously people. LET'S SEE SOME pr0n! Request! And write! And have fun! I'm now behind on my request to fic ratio, but it's cool, because THERE AREN'T ENOUGH REQUESTS. NEED MOAR.

Also! Somebody filled out one of my requests! Now, I don't want to give it away, but IT WAS DAMN HOT. AND HAD MANY OF MY FAVORITE THINGS. AND WAS HOT.

I wish I could settle on a way to draw Kaylynn/Bella/Mortimer. I keep pulling bits and pieces from each game and nothing is working.

3) You guys have no idea how bad this stupid fic idea of Kaylynn and Mortimer getting together after Bella's disappearance and explanations for why Kaylynn is so young and Kaylynn so OBVIOUSLY wanting to both BE Bella and wanting to be WITH Bella. Also, she'd totally sleep with Mortimer. And probably wear Bella's clothes at some point. And Mortimer is all GRUMPY AND RESERVED and like: "YOU ARE NOT HER AND YOU WILL NEVER BE HER SO STOP TRYING." which just makes Kaylynn even sadder, because it's TRUE.

Oh man. This is why I love the Sims 3. Because it makes me go: "WTF KAYLYNN/MORTIMER/BELLA?! DO WANT!"

4) I can't draw. I just... CAN'T DO IT. Everything comes out looking awful. I hate it.

5) Bannon and Ayesha had twin girls named Zoe and Dee who are now teens and I love them. Zoe is all pointy and Dee looks like a Drag Queen. Dee is also totally my favorite. I also have maybe managed to extract Bannon, but I am not entirely sure. I'll upload him somewhere eventually. I am lazy.

6) Okay. TS1 and 2 Mortimer do NOTHING for me. But he grows up SO WEIRDLY HANDSOME AND GRUMPY AND EYEBROW-LICIOUS in TS3. Also, my grown up Mortimer will NOT have a mustache. NO. But uhhh, I never expected to fall for him like I have. He just... I LOOOOOVE him. I cannot explain it. I am collecting screenshots from ALL OVER THE INTERNET to turn into icons of him and Bella and LOOOOOOOVE.

Haha, yeah I saw that. Or like. I didn't notice that you had unfriended me, but I did notice that you had refriended me recently? And then I was confused, because I thought you'd had me friended before?

Re: 6- OH GOD I KNOW, RIGHT? I couldn't care less about the Goths in ts2 (except Alexander, but I didn't even care about him at first, I think) but TS3 Mortimer is ~adorable~ and I wish I could get the game because of a. him, and b. the new create-a-sim. (His boots! And I've sort of been lurking all over the community and other people's excitement about everything has grown on me and you keep flailing over him and it's just making me like him more, I swear, because I'm weird and impressionable like that sometimes.)

Re: 4- This makes me sad a little, because I like your drawings, but if you just talk and flail all the time I wouldn't care because you're cool like that.

Re: Kink meme- I am totally stalking it and lurking until something comes to mind that I want. Even though kink memes kind of scare me because sometimes people request or write really weird stuff (but, hey, if they're into that.... I just feel weird trying to skim past the stuff I'm squicked by in other kink memes, or something, I dunno. I'm not making sense.)

6) I TOOK PICS LAST NIGHT. Lots and lots of Bella and Mortimer and Kaylynn pics (I was attempting to get references so I could draw them looking right). There's like 03298430298 pics of BELLA AND MORTIMER being flirty and ADORABLE, because I am WEAK.

I do not know when, but somewhere along the way these two became SO OTP. I mean, they always were OTP, but since TS3 it has just CLICKED for me.

The new CAS is pretty banging. And I'm actually fond of how a lot of the Sims in Sims 3 look, so I like that too. And I have fun playing, whereas I have been really bored of the actual TS2 game for about a year now.

I will never stop flailing over him (<- this may be a lie. I'm sure I'll cool down eventually, but I WILL NEVER STOP LOVING HIM FROM HERE ON OUT!). HE IS TOO WONDERFULLY GRUMPY!

4) It's just an art rut, but a terrible one. I would really like to shake it sooooon. I like drawing. :(

KINK MEME) No sweat! I've never participated in a kink meme before, but I'm having fun with this. And yeah, there's definitely some kinks that make me recoil a bit, but I also think that maybe it'd be fun to take a stab at writing them, since it's SOOOO out of my comfort zone.

I think you could carry it off well! Kaylynn is so well suited to threesomes and innocence, and trying to be things she's not.

The kink meme is taking on a life of it's own. I'm so pleased. (Yeah, as a mod, I feel like I own it or something. XD) It's only been a couple of days now, and boy has it taken off.
