ETA: also, apparently some kids who are going to my old high school got into a bad crash last night. The driver, who's a senior this year, died. This day is so sad.

Yeah, it does suck. That's always so hard on a school and community. It happened a couple of times while I was going to school (a couple of car crashes and a young teen who died of leukemia). It was awful.

My class actually made it through school completely unscathed. Same with my sister's. This is the first class in awhile that's had a tragedy like this. :(

Apparently a lot of kids went home almost as soon as they got to school. It happened last night, so the teachers had to tell them when they got to class today. God, I can't even imagine.

Yeah, that's so hard. My class was lucky that way too, but since the school was very small, a death in any of the grades affected the enture school.

Those poor kids. That's a terrible start to the day. ;_;
