More KND junk! Because it was such a cool show/fandom/universe. :3

This is teen!Abby. I've always been head over heels for the idea that Abby ends up becoming a candy pirate and spends her days being not-a-villain, but also not a good guy. She just wants candy. I'm not really sure who thought up pirate!Abby initially, but I do know that my love of this theory is all thanks to THIS AWESOME FANART.





Nigel/Wally. For poisonivory. I do not OTP them, but OH MAN did Wally have a crush on Numbah 1.





Abby/Nigel for bakememuffins. Not an OTP of mine, but it's still pretty fun. Also, I ship Wally and Abby with EVERYONE (and sort of secretly adore 4/5.....¬_¬) so it is all cool. Abby's all like: "Numbah Five thinks you need to take a chill pill, boss." and Nigel is NOT PLEASED.

I still owe fandomwench an Abby/Hoagie. I drew something, but it sucked really bad and I do so love 2/5 so they deserve better.





The beginning of some Sector X stuffs. Val sketches, because I think Val was always my fave Sector X character. She was spunky.

God, JJ's hair was fucking awesome. He has such a fun design.

Then there's Kara being all swooshy and Val being sort of unimpressed (and uber-short). To the right is some cutesy Val/JJ, because WHO DIDN'T SHIP THEM? I loved that they sort of transcended universes to ALWAYS BE OTP OH MAN.





So, I had a sector! Well, I had two. The first is gone and dead and buried, because it stole way too much from RL people and that didn't fly with me. The second was Special Unit - JA22, which was a team made up of failures. It was cousins Remy and Bryce, along with an odd girl named Nelladine. Remy was brash and dominating, Bryce was quiet and a total perfectionist, Nella was naive and incredibly kind and horrifically uneducated (KND found her living all alone in the streets).

Anyway, it's Nella at the top, then Remy is the full bodied girl and Bryce is on the right. Hopefully you can notice some family resemblance between Remy and Bryce.





Nella is fucking adorable. I regret never doing much with these guys, because they were a lot of fun. If I remember, she totally called Bryce 'Sweetie', because she thought it was his name. And she referred to herself in the third person and randomly switched words around now and then.





Remy and Bryce. Remy was such a badass and Bryce was cute, though a bit bland compared to the girls.

Hee, Wally is so smitten and Nigel is so "No, I have shit to do." Eeeeeee why do I ship them so hard? And I do not blame Wally for having a crush. *I* have a crush.

You should draw more of them! Or just Nigel being badass. He is my faaaaavorite.

(I really need to track this show down and watch more of it. Kids taking on grownups is like my FAVORITE THING EVER.)

Wally was pretty smitten with Nigel in the show, from what I remember. He was always the one that got the most visibly upset when something bad would happen to Nigel and there was the episode where he took over for Numbah One and went a little crazy trying to be him? Or something? Haha, gosh I wish I could remember better.

Nigel was never really a fave of mine. I liked him well enough, but he never clicked with me. I think Wally is my most favorite ever, but I also adore Hoagie and Abby SO MUCH.

It was a really great show. The world it built seemed like a really awesome place.

Also, you probably would love Fanny (Numbah 86).

I tend to love leaders and hotheads, so. I also think I like Nigel because he was so HARDCORE SERIOUS about being a kid, and I was really intensely "never grow up" myself. Like, part of me wishes I'd had KND as a kid because I would have loved it, and part of me is really glad I didn't because it would have broken my heart even more to grow up if I had.

I definitely always appreciated Nigel's attitude towards kid-dom. He loved it SO VERY MUCH. So, while he's not my fave, I still found him very endearing in a lot of ways. I also loved his crazy paranoia about things now and then.

I was already a teen when I started watching the show, so I never got the full effect of growing up on it and how that could break the heart, but I agree.

PS. JJ and Val grew up and gave birth to this sex kitten. IDK IF MENTIONED THAT BEFORE. I think she and her brother were mostly stuff I ventured in when we moved on from the fandom and I just made them regular peeps.

So pretty! I've seen that pic before and I had a vague idea of who she is, but I don't know much about her. Only that her name is Grace.

I always liked the idea (and I'm not sure if this is true, but I felt like it was? Or something?) that, no matter what universe it was, JJ and Val would just naturally gravitate towards one another. An OTP that is so damn MEANT TO BE that somehow they'd always wind up connected to one another. This is, coincidentally, how I view Helga/Arnold. :3

The only universe where they weren't really happy OTP times was the Negaverse. Like, they mostly just slept around because she wanted him to, but it wasn't anything like it is in every other 'verse. In fact, everyone shipped nega!JJ with nega!Ricky. FFFF.

ALSO I drew you things. Be kind, though, because I haven't drawn anything lately and, oh god, it's been like, two or three years since I drew anything KND.

That show was so frickin' cool. The characters were great, the writing was clever, the fandom was awesome, and Mr Warburton was the best creator EVER. I miss it.

I agree with all points. From what I hear, Mr. Warburton was the coolest ever and the show was just fun and clever and the kids were so cool. It was excellent all around.

Hoagie/Abby is adorable and I got so excited when they ended up being canon in INTERVIEWS. OTP!

I didn't excpect it to happen because they seemed to be pushing her with Heinrich (which would have also been cool) but when it happened I was like "woah!"

Yeah, he did, which made the overtones of Heinrich/Abby even more bizarre. It really throws me when people say that Abby/Hoagie came out of nowhere-- it always seemed pretty obvious to me.

Oh, Abby/Hoagie started making more sense later in the series. They got more focus as a duo later on. I don't know about in the beginning of the show though. In any case, I love them together. :D

It was very cute. Smart, funny, with an excellent fandom and a lot of potential AU things to explore. I've always been sort of sad that I didn't really get involved when it was at its peak. I was around, but I wasn't very confident in my drawing/writing/friendshippy abilities. Or something. I dunno.

Nella is the cutest. She's trusting and loving and so damn gullible. She's basically like a puppy in human form.

I'm fond of that one too. Wally/Nigel is super cute and I'm kind of half-convinced that Wally had a big crush on Nigel during the course of the show. I mean, obvs he liked Kuki too, but he definitely got all starry-eyed when it came to Nigel. :D

No problem, I actually OTP'd Nigel/Abby for awhile, but realize at some point that I actually liked 2/5 better.

Wonderful drawings here. Heh, can't say I ever thought Of Nigel/Wally pairing, but it sounds interesting.

My personal fave pairings for the series was Wally/Kuki, Abby/ Nigel, and Abby/Hoagie.

I do miss the show, just as I miss Warburtons other show "Sheep in the big city". (I think that was made by him, right?)
