Helga looking sort of weird and sort of purty. This is from a month or so ago.

Also, I am completely out of Strangetown art right now and this makes me sad. HA! has basically been eating away at my brain. So if you're basically watching me just for SHWC stuff.... well that's a damn shame. I will get back to it though! I'm actually thinking about doing a real honest-to-god oil painting of Jill for our next project, except it will only sort of be Jill? Like, I'll use a RL model but let her rock some green hair. IDK. I'd feel like a lunatic bringing in a picture of a Sim. XD





Sid! I went on a Sid spree after watching Arnold saves Sid. I love hurting Sid as weird as that sounds. He just like... begs to be hurt in some way. IDK.





Somebody needs to write Gerald/Sid. Or Sid/Stinky. Or Sid/Big Gino. I HAVE NEEDS. Seriously, Sid/boys is my OTP.

Also, I HATE drawing older Gerald. Just like I hate drawing older Arnold. It's such a struggle to make them look like MEN and not KIDS. Especially without like... drastically altering their designs. :(

You also may have noticed that I tend to only draw a really vague idea of the hair. That's because I usually have no idea how I want to draw the hair until I actually start inking it, so I tend to just not bother with it in the sketches.

a/n: Hey everyone, I go on break tomorrow so my internet access will be limited for about a week. We have it at home, but I'll probably be busy with other things (i hope so at least - though neither of my BFFs are off...). But there definitely won't be fic/art for a week (i think, lol). Haha, it really doesn't sound like I'm going to gone that much, huh? Well, if I seem to be scarce next week that's why. But if it seems like business as usual, then okay too.

I'm also totally planning to eventually do a post explaining what we know about La Corazon/the Journal/La Sombra in order to help people who haven't seen The Journal understand things a little better.

Also, poisonivory hooked me up with Look Up and the Haunted Train mp3s recently and they are AWESOME. Look Up is so much fun. And now you can listen too!

Helga looks like she's trying to hide something...OR that she's just been caught in the act (sexy tiem with Arnold? ...No, she'd have a lot less clothes on) red-handed. It's the crazy grin on her pretty face that tells all. XD

And...good luck with not getting caught with a Sims picture.

For some odd reason, I didn't care much for Sid when I watched the show waayy back when. But as shallow as it is, I'd be more interested in him if he were, in fact, gay.

Such a beautiful, yet intense, illustration of a...wedding night? Honeymoon? Either way, I like how poetic and emotional Miles seems to be.

But...I've got to wonder...what would Helga's wedding night poem (because you KNOW how lyrical she can get) be like? Err...assuming that she'd even write one, that is.

Yeah, I'm not bringing in a sim pic. I don't think I'd have much fun trying to paint a sim anyway. But painting a real person and giving her awesome green hair would be cool.

I'm head over heels for all the HA! characters and really always have been. IT IS MY CURSE.

I can't imagine Sid ever dating a girl. Like... IDK, it just seems weird?

Haha, the best is that in the actual episode Grandpa sort of trails off and then rips out the page after sending Arnold to the other room. Awesome joke.

Hee. It's true! Even people who are more Arnold/Lila or Helga/Brainy are still like "but I dig Helga/Arnold too." I DON'T THINK IT'S POSSIBLE TO NOT SHIP IT EVEN A LITTLE BIT. It is the trump card of OTPs!

Sid with girls has never made sense to me even when I was young. IDK. He just generally seems to gravitate towards men?

Haha, I don't really think of Gerald as gay. But I'm not adverse to it. I can dig it from time to time.

Ha, no sweat. I totally understand the need to sort of catch your breath from time to time. And thank you! It should be fun I think. I'll probably be spending most of my time with the family - most of my friends don't have break yet. It's sort of a really weird time for it, but whatever.

I'm definitely cool with sharing it. I was planning to. You might have to wait on it though. I don't have a digitial camera at school.
