1. The girl at the top and bottom left is me. The pink haired girl is Aria from TERNION. The others are just sketchy girls.

2. The girl with the bandanna (not colored) is Kate from RAGAMUFFINS. Phi, Johnny and Ripp are hanging out down the side of the page. The bottom boy is Buck and beside the colored one of him is a sort of snuggly/sad Jill/Buck picture. Then a Jill to the right.

3. Girl bodies! The face is Calvin’s and the black haired girl is Jeanette. The blondie at the bottom is Nor.

4. Me! And then Nor’s beside me looking all cute and I’ve been obsessed with face touching lately and ugh I hate drawing hands. At the bottom is a Helga with floaty hair and wonky anatomy. Mina’s at the bottom right.

5. Nor running and Nor floating.

6. An angry Nor, some boy and some girl and then Nor doing a handstand.

7. when IF Johnny leaves then he’s gonna have to come back, right? (right.) And who better to redeem herself by bringing him home than Jayne?! Of course Stella is less than pleased, but Jayne is doing the right thing, because it’s so obvious that Johnny LOOOOOOOOVES Ripp and Phi and NEEDS them!

8. Johnny lands back at home!

9. Nor is so pretty sometimes (though her head is really weird in the colored one).

10. So my two favorite movies EVER are The Little Mermaid and the Secret of Nimh. And Mrs. Brisby is basically the greatest hero ever. She’s meek and easily frightened and basically a mouse, but she’s also got a wicked streak of bravery in her and she’d go to hell and back for her children.

Also, Flying Dreams (by Paul Williams) is the theme song of my LIFE. And it’s flowery and childish and kind of silly sounding (it’s Paul Williams after all), but it’s MEEEE.

The first two girls are humanized Mrs. B. Then there’s some flowery girl body and some stylish female at the bottom.

11. Nor so pretty. I never realize how much I draw her until I scan a lot of stuff in. The boy in the left hand margin is Calvin o’ course.

12. Lots of random sketches. I really liked the curviness of the two girls so I gave ‘em some color. A the very bottom middleish is a Jeanette.

13. Girlies. Just silly face stuff. And a sort of half-there Mrs. Brisby. I suck at drawing anything non-human.

14. Did I mention that Nor was pretty? Because she is.

a/n: LOTS OF PICS! My notebooks for class are definitely heavier on drawings than they are filled with actual notes. I-I'm a bad student. :(

Oh well.

EDIT: Uh, also I'm sorry about the icky quality of these pics. I think photobucket ate them a little? :(

I LOVE THEM ALL TOO. I rarely scan school doodles in, but I thought these were fun.

Also, Nor looks FIERCE AND SHIZZ in all of these pictures and so I do not know which one you mean.

(seriously though, she's like my most favorite character I created EVER)

I love your floppy ears. ^_^

Jill and Buck are sweet.

Is Johnny putting on his probing gloves in that one pic? :P

That last one of Nor is very cute. She IS pretty.

My brother's ears are actually floppy IRL, I mean, not that they hang down or anything, but they're still all soft and bendy like baby ears even though he's nine. And they stick out a lot too.

Jill and Buck are so much fun together.

LOL!

Nor is basically my baby. I draw her all over everything.

I love when ears stick out in a bit of a funny way. Noses too. I like there to be something that stands out about a person that way. It makes them more appealing to me.

I'll bet your little brother is just super cute.

You draw her because she's so pretty and spunky and awesome. I think she's great.

Yeah, I love when people have something about them that's just a bit extreme. Makes 'em more interesting.

He's pretty cute (the little kid on the right is my cousin):

Also, I forgot to mention that I also loved The Little Mermaid and the Secret of Nimh (the original novel, even more so). I watched both of them about 7564528 times growing up. I previously noticed the title of your page and thought about that song at the end credits. It was a lovely story.

The Little Mermaid is so pretty, I tend to watch it when I'm upset and it makes me feel better.

I never read the novel and apparently the plots are way different between the book and the movie and I don't think I would have been able to love the book the way I loved the movie. I mean, the movie had a MAGIC SPARKLY NECKLACE.

Yup, the song at the end is totally 'my song'. Also it makes me feel really brave when I hear it.

No, the book was WAY better. Trust me. There's all this delicious (Josh has infected my brain) backstory about the rats that you don't get in the movie.

The epic moment with the magic necklace did appeal to me at that age, but I still preferred the more realistic ending of the book. It doesn't take away from her bravery. If anything, it adds to it.

LOL AT ME INFECTING YOU.

Soon everyone will be saying delicious. :D

(Although, that would take away from it's specialness! D:

Oh, and Alyssa, your little brother is PRECIOUS.)

Lol, I suppose I should give it a try sometime. I picked it up at the library when I was wee and was like: "WHAT IS THIS?" when I tried reading it, but I suppose I should give it another shot. Since I probably won't be intimidated by all the big words.

Also isn't Jenner not really a villain in the book? Or like, they amped up his evil role in the movie? And Jeremy isn't as bumbly or fun, right?

Oh and NEVER WATCH THE SEQUAL DON'T DO IT IT IS THE WORST THING EVER.

ilu2. And it's so very true. It's the number one reason that I end up doing bad on things - my lackluster note-taking skills.
