Baby sketches of Phil and a tiny, pouty Amy at the top there. Helga and Phil on the far right. I really like the idea of Helga eventually becoming a mother. Though, I think she'd spend a lot of her life pretty firmly decided against becoming a parent. But, it's knowing that Arnold is going to be a brilliant father that lets her go through it all. Because it was never about not wanting kids so much as it was about not fucking up a child like her parents did to her.

This was a collaboration between alison_swift, InivisibleDeath @ DA and Me. We each did Wolfgang, Arnold and Helga respectively. Oh, but I colored Arnold.




Another collaboration. Arnold, Sid and Rhonda were done by InvisibleDeath @ DA. Helga and Curly were done by Thisisstupid @ DA. Harold and Lila were done by me. This one took FOREVER, but was so worth it. It's such a cute gen scene.

I'm still not sure about the Grimdark parts. Grimdark, in my mind, is a word you attribute to really fucked up shit. Stuff that brings in rape and murder for no apparent reason aside from making a piece ~dark and edgy~. I don't really think that fits what Rose is doing - which is essentially having some sort of emotional breakdown? Unless she is about to start doing unspeakably horrible things?




Collab with Brokenrose. Oh, I'm now a regular user over at iScribble. This means that I can publish stuff and use autocircles. Uh, I haven't actually done either of those things yet. :|




Just a picture based on that Kate Nash song. It's really pretty, but also really heartbreaking.

I love your art dumps! My favorite is the one with Helga, Phoebe, and Lila in the rain. Is the a story behind the pic? I just love the way you draw Lila.

I also love Rhonda's expression in the first one she's in. And Helga right above that one! And sexy!Phoebe/Gerald is sexy.

Thank you! I like doing art dumps even when they can be sort of time consuming. It's nice having a sort of measure my progress and share my silly doodles with other people.

I don't really have a story for the Helga/Phoebe/Lila one, but it really does seem like there could be some bigger plot to that picture. The whole image is just so tense.

I rarely draw Stinky, but I'm glad you like how he came out. I struggle with him about as much as I do with Gerald.

The Toph was fun and spur of the moment. TIS wanted to try drawing something besides HA! stuff and suggested ATLA so I just rolled with it.

The rain one seems to be popular! That was such a random, last minute collab too. R-I-Perils was like mostly done with Helga and Phoebe and I was just like: "Fuck it, imma add Lila." I think it worked out well though.

Courtney is so much fun to draw. Love doodling HA! babies. :)

I had a sudden spasm the one day and decided that I need to draw a crap ton of baby art. I just really love the idea of Helga as a mom. And how she'd be surprised to find out that she really loves being a parent and taking care of her kids and having her own family.

The emotion you get from The Nicest Thing image makes you want to sob and give her a hug. Poor bb, it'll be okay. :(

Everything else is just awesome. I also enjoyed the Rain image, and and the baby art is too sweet. And I laughed at the self-portrait. HOOK FOR A HAND, WHAT NOW.

I really like how that last picture of Helga inspired by "Nicest Thing" came out. I wasn't sure if the pose/emotion were going to come through, but I think it works.

Lol. The hook for a hand thing along with the "I'm a monster!" dialogue is stolen from Arrested Development.

You always have great stuff. The fact that you draw Harold and Rhonda so well and so uniquely is like a skill by now.
