I fixed up the sketches I did of my friends. Not much else to say about it. Lol.

Done for a 12 Days of Christmas fanthing over at [livejournal.com profile] hey_arnold. Some wintery Rhonda/Harold love.

I originally was only going to make the picture of me on the left, but Bear thought it was super cool so I did similar drawings for her and Favorite Whale. Color palettes courtesy of Colour Lovers.

A lineup of Scarlet, White and Peacock from my Clue thing. The art is actually a few months old because it took me forever to shade it. I kept starting and stopping.

Here's the notes I have on the girls so far:

Scarlet: Club member. Rich, not unintelligent, but doesn’t apply herself. Dependent on her looks/parent’s wealth. Plans to spend the summer lounging by the poolside and flirting with Mustard (who she thinks is cute).

White: Maid. Cousin to Mustard, living with grandparent’s for the summer. Volatile and rude. Pulls Plum around by his tie. Calls Peacock “Sweet Pea”.

Peacock: Lifeguard. Goes to private school - got in due to her grades. Has a lot of drive/ambition and when she knows what she wants she goes after it. A little too hung up on other people’s “rudeness”. She is friendly enough towards Plum, but intimidated by Scarlet.

Homestar/Strong Bad for [livejournal.com profile] homestar! Art trades are SUPER FUN even though I am a slow worker. :3

a/n: I still have more iScribble stuff and random photoshop doodles to put up, but I wanted to do a post of all the finished art I've been accumulating. It's not a lot, but I dig it.

I like how much I've been posting lately. I kind of want to keep it up. Maybe I'll do a thirty day meme or something to give me incentive to post everyday? Hmmmm...

The more I plan out ideas for my Clue series and nail down the characters, the more I love it! So we are united in our slowly growing love for this idea. <3

I love seeing your work in color!

Your friends look super cute - I particularly like the draw of the girl in the center of the top row. Not sure why.

Rhonda/Harold! <3 So cute how their faces are flushed. Love the detail on Rhonda's manicure.

I'm really digging your Clue kids things. It also just reaffirms that Scarlet is my favorite! She reminds me of Rhonda.

Me too, actually. That's why I try to add little bits of color into my big art dumps even if it means taking extra time to set it up.

Rhonda/Harold indeed! <33333 them. :)

Scarlet and Rhonda are definitely similar though Scarlet actually came first - there was this Clue book series that I read as a kid and Scarlet was this totally vain, self-centered awesome thing and she has always been my fave. I just love self-obsessed characters who wear lots of red apparently.

I love the Clue characters! I was telling myrien about them and she said 'Oh, Cluedo names' and only then did I get the name Plum for a boy! They are really great, and I love all your work.

Whoops. Perhaps I should start using Clue/Cluedo when I talk about them.

Thank you!
