I finally renamed my account! I've been slowly working on streamlining all of my sites as well as doing away with my Squirreltamer nickname. I talked about opening up a new account once my paid account runs out here, but I've put so much effort into fixing this place up perfect and now I renamed it so I doubt I'll be leaving this journal anytime soon.

Uh, you can still call me by whatever you feel most comfortable with. I think the majority of you call me Alyssa anyway. Skuh works. Or Squirreltamer, BH, whatever... I have a thousand names. XD

ETA: In case it's not 100% clear - this is beyondheroism__!!! :D :D :D

Sorry! It was sort of a spur of the moment decision... kind of. I've wanted to make the change for AWHILE, but didn't feel right spending the money. I decided to just say I'm taking the $15 out of my Christmas money. XD

I can totally sympathize! I get the urge to change usernames about every weeks. I've been meaning to change my iChat username (which I came up with in 1st grade) for years, but I'm never able to come up with something I like or feel like sending to everyone on my buddy list.

I think I'm satisfied with LeSkuh - hopefully for a long while. I'm so over my Squirreltamer e-handle. I thought it up when I was 13 and I mostly just think it's kind of dorky and not something I really identify with anymore. LeSkuh is kind of a nickname for Alyssa and IDK. It just feels right.

Thank God for LJ notes! I don't think I would have trouble remembering it's you, but I might. xD And when lj friends I don't know as well as you change their names, the lj note helps A LOT. x)

I never use LJ notes! But I'm pretty good at remembering changes and stuff, I guess. I can see how they'd be handy.

I hope I haven't confused you too badly! LeSkuh sounds sort of like Alyssa if that helps! I should have given y'all a more advanced heads up. D:

Nah I knew this was you because I remember you mentioning this particular name, in addition to the fact that you have a DA account by the same name, so this wasn't confusing. But I have had friends change their name and have no idea who it is at first. xD Plus I could look at your icons and tell in a second who you were, anyway.

Yeah, I've been slowly trying to streamline all my usernames to LeSkuh. It's also my twitter+tumblr usernames.

I think people call me different things depending upon when they first met me online. A lot of people here met me through this account and so they'll think of me as BH or Alyssa (because I told them it's cool to call me that). Some people met me back on my Squirreltamer account though and so I get called variations on that name too. I also make sure to introduce myself as Squirreltamer when I show up to stuff within the HA! community (outside of LJ) because that's the name most HA! fans recognize me by.
