Posted in a comment on Simsecret, because FUCK YOU, SHE'S AWESOME. Ophelia is really THE SHIT and it sucks that a lot of people just don't really seem to understand her/are jealous of her. Seriously, if she were a real person we'd be BFF's for serious.




I actually made this about or month or two ago and have sort of just let it sit on my desktop. I'm sure there's a way to add some fancy HTML and have it say 'JRO is sexy, selfish BFF love', when you put it on your profile, but I am LAAAAAAAAAZY.

You guys remember the lineart for this one? Yeah, I fixed it up and put it on DA, but I figured I'd show you guys as well. I doubt everyone who watches me on LJ also watches me at DA. If you like seeing the stuff I post here, be sure to check DA now and then, because I rarely post finished things here. On the flip side, DA doesn't get a lot of the sketchy stuff.

Squall/Yuffie! From Kingdom Hearts and probably the first game, since they're supposed to be in the Green Room at Traverse Town. And here's the description I added to the version I posted at squffielove.

"I've always been really fond of the idea that Yuffie pesters Squall about Rinoa all the time. Because when he talks about Rinoa he gets softer and more vulnerable and Yuffie loves and hates it at the same time. She's completely jealous of Rinoa, but there's still this NEED to know more about her. :\

Also, Yuffie is totally wearing Heartless slippers. Because she is just that AWESOME."

I remember being 20 like it was yesterday. It does go by in a flash.

My only advice to people who are a decade (or two, lol) younger than me is to not put things off. If you want to do something, do it... because if you don't you may never have another chance for a long, long time.

So... that's my only advice, whether you wanted it or not. :P

Oh gosh, I so don't want to get older. The thought of actually being 20 is kind of terrifying. I can't even imagine being older than like... 26. It's really frightening on some level.

I think it's very good advice. The only thing is that I'm not really sure if there's anything that I really want to do... Well, work for Craig Bartlett, but I highly doubt that'll ever happen. XD

That Lenne drawing is gorgeous! I love it. The colouring is wonderful.

I'm quite fond of that JRO sketch and colour bar too, but you know that already. ^_^ I wish I could give Ophelia a rack like that in the game (though I imagine her as more bottom-heavy, I'm sure she has a fairly generous bosom too - a "bonus" as Ripp would say).

You will have a birthday in 3 days and I in 6 days. Want to have a joint birthday party? I was thrilled to be turning 20, if I recall correctly. It was a joy to not be to referred to as a teen anymore. Now I'm creeping ever closer to 30 and I don't really care about that so much either. I still look like I'm 16, but with a hint of crow's feet (I have big cheeks and I smile deeply - so sue me).

It makes me nervous. It's weird to be one thing one day and then suddenly you're not that thing any longer? Also, I was never really in a rush to grow up and have always had a problem with clinging a bit too tightly to my childhood.

Yeah, she has the T but also more A, I think. I see her as being very pear-shaped, and just really rounded and curvy. Lots of soft little nooks for Ripp to burrow into. ;) (Johnny too, but he's not as prone to burrowing as Ripp.)

I was so not ready for teendom at all. I clung to childhood with tooth and nail. But once I started to go there, I couldn't wait to get out of high school and away from all the nonsense that's a part of that age. I went right from child to old lady, I think, in some ways. All I wanted to do was knit and drink tea.

Do not fear aging. Nothing changes unless you want it to. ^_^

ONE MORE DAY. thinveneer told me that I need to make up for all the things I didn't do in my teen years so today I have to smoke pot, get into a car accident and get teen pregnant - IT IS I THE ONLY WAY!

I'm trying to be very flexible when it comes to my style, because I think that's a good thing to be able to adapt.

JRO IS THE BOMB.

XD Squall/Yuffie is awesome mostly because the fanon for it is AWESOME. Like, because they both show up with Sora in the Green Room it's kind of become a fanon thing that they actually share that room, while Aerith sleeps in the Red Room. Aaaand they tend to get stuck together as fighting partners, because they fight together the first time at the Coliseum (in both games, actually!).

So yeah, the canon is severely limited, but the fanon is fun!

Yeah, I remember the TINY appearances they made in KH 1 and I never got to finish 2 because my irritating little brother lent it to a friend and waaaaaaah. So I actually didn't know they reappeared. But now you've inspired me to go look up KH fandom stuff (yay for me following you into yet another fandom).

YAY FOR FLEXIBILITY! AND BIRTHDAYS! I just didn't want to miss it ;) but I'll try to remember tomorrow.

One of my friends thought it would be a good idea for me to get a tattoo before I turned 20. I did not, because I wouldn't have spent enough time thinking about it. Also, I would promote getting teen pregnant out of all of those :P It's probably the one with the least likely long term health consequences due to the fact that you're in a first world country (nerding it up for the win!)
