Um, so this isn't realism. This is faux-realism. Because I fail at realism and also need to start using references and stuff and not just winging things.

Nor looks adorable, because apparently she's one of those girls that just doesn't take a bad picture. Jean's weirdly charming. Mina looks like a DUDE with LONG HAIR. D:

Oh and Dawn looks weird and also like a dude, but she was meant to be kind of mannish I think.
