I know I shouldn't give the surprise away, but whatever.



An incredibly bare bones sketch of a Community picture I will probably be spending the weekend working on! Everyone's eyes are going to be closed except for Abed's, I think. On account of how I kind of feel like he's maybe the person who needs the group most of all.

Journal - "Question!"

Is there anyone from the Midwest on my flist? Specifically in/around Colorado? If so, do you know what "senior week" refers to? And if you have been on senior week where did you go?

I'm possibly going to try and write a Community fic centered on the gang at the end of their senior year trying to extend their time together for just one extra week with Jeff sort of bringing up the idea (think I might change it to one of the younger crew), but Colorado is so in the middle of the US that I'm not even sure where they would go. I kind of really want to get them to a beach and was thinking they could probably road trip to somewhere on the Pacific Coast, but I'm COMPLETELY unfamiliar with the west coast and would be nervous about bringing it there.

(Though maybe I can have troy fuck up the GPS and get them headed in the wrong direction? However only Troy and maybe Pierce are stupid enough to drive in the exact opposite direction.)

BUT YEAH. Midwest people! Tell me about your knowledge of senior week! (I'm not sure how widespread the idea is or if it's something mainly centered around PA-MD-NJ.)


ETA: A road trip to either coast is ridiculous. They'd probably have to fly. Perhaps they fuck up the plane tickets? Pierce covers expenses but accidentally buys tickets for the right town/wrong state? Maybe I'll try and find a PA town that shares it's name with a CA town? And then they get to PA and are like: "THIS IS BULLSHIT." And to salvage the week they rent a car and drive down to Ocean City, Maryland?

and then stay at the same shitty motel that me and my bffs stay in every year.
