a/n: I owe a lot of Troy's design to engelen. She made some absolutely awesome designs for Jeff, Britta, Troy and Annie and I love them so fucking much. So I totally stole her outfit design for Troy (I think it's based on a real Troy outfit actually). SO SHAMELESS.

Britta's outfit/design was more of me having fun, but I tried to keep her in things that I thought she'd actually wear. The second one is a little weird, but she's covered by Troy so whatever.

I agree wholeheartedly! It would be awkward, yet adorable and hot and I feel like it would sneak up on Britta, but then she'd be like: "FUCK THIS IS PRETTY AWESOME." and it's totally obvious that Troy has a little crush on her at this point anyway so LET'S ROLL WITH THAT.

(I also like Abed/Annie and a double date ep would be awesome, but OH MAN I can just imagine Jeff with his face all pressed up against the window being like: "WHAT IS THIS INSANITY?")

Here: I like that I saw this on twitter even before I saw it here, because Dan Harmon retweeted the first picture about four hours ago. So, I don't know if it's going to be happening, but he is certainly aware that some of us are interested in this ship!

Haha, yeah, it took me a little while to get things posted and basically the first thing I did after finishing the first pic was send it to Dan Harmon. I didn't think he'd retweet it though! It was a pretty sweet surprise. :D

I reblogged these on tumblr because they're PERFECT but I didn't see them on here until now and I thought it'd only be polite to leave a comment here!

They are totally my otp and it sort of happened the same way you described and now I just love them sososososo much :') these are so adorable :') I think I may just have to print them out to put them up on my wall in my room if that's not lame :3 you've made me want to draw some ^.^

I also think this season there have already been some hints towards these two, so fingers crossed!!

They were such a sneak attack OTP! Like, I have always been fond of the idea of them having a thing, but as time goes on the greater the need becomes. MAKE OUT ALREADY COME ON.

Oh, Gosh, these are adorable. I've liked the idea of Britta/Troy since the dance episode, but I think I realized how much I liked it when Troy said in the premiere re: Jeff/Britta paintball sex, "Is there anything you didn't win that day?!?" and I got all happy at his apparent jealousy.

Yeah, the dance episode made me go: "Hmmm... that is... very attractive." And it's been a slow build from there because we keep getting these adorable, tiny hints that Troy has a thing for Britta! He described her body to Jeff! He wanted Abed to get Britta to be the female lead in their Kickpuncher movie! In that one mini episode he says he'd totally do her!

And yes! The premiere! He was surprisingly distraught about what Jeff had done!

MORE OF THIS BUILD UP OF SECRET EMOTIONS THAT WILL HOPEFULLY EXPLODE IN SMOOCHERY. YES.

I loooooved your character designs. I really love cartoony styles that still manage to capture the overall feel/look of a character. It was so obvious what characters you were portraying in those drawings. They were fabulous.

i actually prefer Troy/Britta over Jeff/Britta, because Jeff is an asshole. Troy just seems to have more respect for her than Winger does, plus they were so cute in Interpretive Dance. The actors have great chemistry as well. :)

Abed/Annie is also my OTP, so I think they 4 of them should have one huge 4-some (cuz i also love me some Annie/Britta and of course Troy/Abed). ;)

I actually kind of agree with the "Jeff is an asshole" sentiment. I mean... I love Jeff Winger, but I am so ready to move away from his love life a bit. And I'm especially ready to see Britta and Annie pull away from him as a romantic interest.

I do think Jeff and Britta complement each other though, but I still ship Troy/Britta more than I ship Jeff/Britta. I can't quite put it into words. I just think they could be hilarious together and I think that he thinks she's really cool and likes being around her (even when she's a buzzkill). IDK, I just want to see more of them. They're adorable.

Abed/Annie is also awesome! I especially liked how Abed seemed completely unconcerned/bored with the Jeff/Britta thing, but immediately got all "WHAT WHEN WHERE" when he found out that Annie and Jeff had kissed. He may have just been surprised, but IDK. I think they could be cute too!

Haha, and then bring it around to Annie/Britta and Abed/Troy. Damn this show just has too many awesome ships. I want them all. EVERY SHIP!

Like, I have favorite-character love for these two, and while I am such Jeff/Britta (because they're both kind of awesome douches) there needs to be more Troy/Britta. Even if it is just him having a crush on her, or maybe even more dancing.

Haha, actually I think that's a big part of Troy/Britta's appeal for me. They're both my favorites! And they also have really awesome chemistry! And are adorable. And funny.

I agree on loving Jeff/Britta because they are awesome douches though. I also love them because I pick my favorite pairings by how likely they are to blow shit up when they get together and I feel like Jeff and Britta have great potential to cause explosions. CLEARLY THEY SHOULD MAKE OUT MORE.

I was sad that we didn't see Britta dance with Troy/Jeff at all at the end of the last ep! I def. hope they don't drop her fondness for dancing - one of my favorite continuity bits is at the end of Communication Studies when it cuts to Britta dancing with Troy. I love the idea of them being dance buddies FOREVER.

Thank you! I had a lot of fun with Britta's expression. I love how dumbfounded she is (but still sort of into it? YES.).

Yeah, I ship them lots, but mostly I just want them to have screentime together because they play really well off one another, I think. Like, I think the part in the family day ep where Troy watches as his grandmother uses the switch on Britta and they both start crying is HILARIOUS.

The dance episode is quite possibly my #1 episode. Lots of great character stuff and the bits with Britta and Troy are awesome.

This NEEDS to happen like yesterday!! I have so much love for this pairing, it's ridiculous. In my mind Troy was totally jealous in the premiere. Otherwise, why the hell was he so put out by J/B? Whyyy? LOL. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I don't need them to be a couple. I just need them to make out. A lot.

AGREEEEEE. I definitely think Troy was at least partly jealous in the premiere. Like, I don't think he's particularly upset with Jeff/Britta - he doesn't love it, but he doesn't really get pissed until after he finds that Jeff went out and kissed Annie. I think the reason he gets mad then is because he's pissed with Jeff for screwing with the gal(s) he cares about.

But he thinks Jeff and Britta doing it on the table is "Awwwwwwwwe-some". So... idk. I don't think he's completely opposed to J/B if it made her happy? Maybe?

BUT HE TOTALLY HAS A CRUSH ON HER NO DENYING IT.

I need so many makeouts between them. SO VERY MANY.

I ship Jeff/Annie as my OTP but I think it is safe to say that ever since 'Interpretive Dance' that Britta/Troy have been my second favourite couple.

I can only hope that this season I get more Jeff/Annie and a lot more Britta/Troy.

I don't really completely OTP in Community, but these two come close to that spot. I'm open to almost every pairing though. I want more mixing of different couplings. I'd really like to see a little Annie/Abed at some point actually. And Britta/Troy and Jeff/Shirley (but not really really, but I want an episode with her asserting her sexuality and being like - "stop treating me as just an untouchable mother figure" because everyone does and that's laaaaame).

These are great! I love Britta/Troy, they both play off each other really well. Even the episodes where they're just hanging out in the background (like in the boating class in Beginning Pottery) are awesome and make me do the whole fangirl squee scream.

Yeah, I feel the same! I'd say the only ep they had together with some genuine "shipping" would be Interpretive Dance, but they're just... really funny and charming together in the Family Day episode and Beginner's Pottery. I want more of them hanging out in episodes, possibly with some kissing.

YES! VICTORY. We DO need more Britta/Troy in fandom! Everyone's all over the Jeff ships, but we got some pretty smoking side ships that need a little love. XD

I think that's how Britta/Troy gets you. Like... one day you're just walking along minding your own business when suddenly you have this sudden, dawning realization of "WHY AREN'T BRITTA AND TROY MAKING OUT RIGHT NOW?!"
