It depends on how it's handled, I think. The way this was handled was very "tee hee, jailbait cocktease!" And Boomer actually turned out to be a pretty decent guy. But it was all part of Supergirl is Badd to the Maxx (and Also Sexy), so it made me D:
(Now, of course, it is merely fodder for hilariousness with Bart, who thinks Boomer is totally skeevy. (In my head - I'm not sure Bart actually knows Boomer exists in canon. Also, their being half-brothers makes NO GODDAMN SENSE.)
