OKAY SO THIS IS A PARTY POST FOR ALL PRO-SEDDIE iOMG WATCHERS. This is not an a ship free-for-all. This is Sam/Freddie central. Normally I try to be neutral about shit, but tonight? TONIGHT IS SEDDIE TIME.

This is not meant as a disrespect towards any Cam/Creddie/Etc. shippers. You're free to chime in! However, chiming in means being Seddie-positive. This is a crit free zone. I don't care if you think Seddie is the worst thing in the entire goddamn world you still don't get to be a negative nancy in this post. If you can't handle that? Leave.

I'm making a note to say that this doesn't mean I want any anti-Creddie shenanigans. I'm not fond of ship bashing so please try to keep it nice-ish. However, you are 100% welcome to criticize any non-Sam/Freddie ship. Yes. This is biased. No, I don't give a shit. It's my journal, my space and I can be as biased as I want. Like I said, if you ship something besides Sam/Freddie you might want to bail now because this post IS NOT FOR YOU.

Seddie was always a secondary ship to me BUT but but SAM IS MATURING. THAT WAS SO CUTE. and and and i THINK I HAVE TO HOP ONTO THE SHIP BEFORE IT LEAVES PORT. OH MY GOD.

I don't think she's really had a lot of time to process WTF just happened. Also, she wasn't privy to the Sam/Freddie convo so it's all sort of like: "WHAT THE WHAT" for her right now. I think she will be jealous, but she was always going to be jealous. Not because she OMG loves Freddie, but because this is her best friend and the boy that's been devoted to her for years and what if they don't NEED her now? That's scary.

So... IDK.

I watch this show with my kid brother, its our quality time together show now that avatar is over. I dont love the show but I ADORE sam and her crazy awesome self. I've always thought her and freddie's dynamic was the best and my favorite. Seeing tonight's ep was so strangely exciting. I never expected to care so much about a ship on a kid's show but I DO. Now I am in anticipation for next week. I've already had one ship cruelly diverted on gossip girl so here's to hoping this one pans out!

Yeah, I agree with that. I just don't think her face there was jealousy.

I can see her being jealous for a lot of reasons though--not to mention she has shown she misses when he has a crush on her in past episodes so there's a chance she'd be jealous of that too?

I really kind of wish they could skip the whole Carly jealousy thing even though I know it NEEDS to be shown for things to fully progress, but yeah @-@ I just don't like seeing crazy jealousy...especially considering the only times Carly has liked Freddie in "that way" that I can tell is when either he does something OMGAMAZING (like saving her life) oooor when she's annoyed/upset that he's no longer going to be doting all over her.

Though, all I can think of now is that script from forever ago--with the whole "I never said I was in love with you" thing from Freddie and stuff.

I'm sorry to have to say that iCarly doesn't have a set airing schedule (Nickelodeon is horrible) so we won't be getting the follow up episode to this one until June at the earliest. It's scheduled to air after a Victorious/iCarly crossover episode which is scheduled for June 10th. :\

My biggest issue with Carly/Freddie is that it's all based on pedestals. Freddie WORSHIPS Carly. Carly wasn't interested until Freddie saved her life. It's never even footing. It's always one of them raising the other up as some sort of ideal of "perfection". That's not good. With Sam and Freddie there's no blinders - they both know the exact kind of person the other is and they like that.

Yeah, exactly. Sam and Freddie see eachother...as eachother. Carly only found interest in Freddie when she saw him as a Hero and Freddie was only interested in Carly because he felt she was "perfect". So just...it's not going to work. At all. I know people are saying they have to get together "for real" to show that--but I kind of think iSaved Your Life gave a bit of that to begin with.

I AM KIND OF HOPING. But for all we know, it may not be later until Freddie gets how he feels. I don't see them doing a relationship this early without breaking up at some point...but I could see them breaking up and getting back together--the thing is that's much more complicated with a main trio than it is with other shows (Like What I like about you) so I don't see that really happening either? And the only show I can think of with a trio that had a relationship last from early on is Unfabulous and that wasn't one of Dan's shows and the main character was the one who got together with someone so...

I mean, I know things would have to happen before they became official until the end, so there's a lot to think about. For now, I'm just going to be excited that at the very least, Sam loves him. @-@

That stinks. Nickelodeon needs better scheduling. I feel like new Victorious episodes are put out every 1 or 2 weeks, and iCarly is rarely updated. :/

I'm not REALLY an iCarly watcher, like if its on I'll watch it but I won't go through the trouble of learning when it's on just so I can watch new episodes and such (if that makes sense lol). That being said though, I've loved Sam/Freddie everytime I did catch it, mainly because I love their dynamic (A la Arnold/Helga) and so I made sure to watch this episode. Took me a while to find the full thing online lol But anyway, YAY SEDDIE! I-I even drew some quick fanart of the kiss 8D; Hate that we're left on a cliffhanger though, and for quite a while too :/

I know EXACTLY what you mean. Although I think it would've been more happy-making for me if I hadn't missed the episode and found out through Tumblr. :/ But I'm still happy. :D

Carly/Spencer? Uhhhhh. I don't on account of they are siblings and I don't really do incest ships. My main is Sam/Freddie, but I also like Carly/Sam and Carly/Gibby. Also Spencer/Boys.

No, it's cool and WoWP is the most incest-y show I've ever seen, but I think most people who ship Sam/Freddie don't really care about Carly's love life. From what I can tell there's not a very big Carly/Spencer following. Nothing like Alex/Justin.

It's funny. I thought Carly, while a little pushy this episode...truly only wanted Sam to be happy. I mean she said as much. I was really curious about why that one scene from the promo was cut. Where Carly yelled that "You're Just Scared" to Sam. I can sort of see why that was cut. That was a little harsh. Anyway...then Sam who was so completely vulnerable in that final scene with Freddie. My gosh was Jennette great. Sam has more depth as a character than a lot of people give credit for. Jennette as she showed in iOMG and other episodes are when Sam is given the chance to gain depth Jennette shines.

Also, i don't think it's any coincidence Dan wrote iKiss and iOMG while he didnt write iSYL. Now it's true Dan has final say in everything but that seems to me that he want's to make sure to portray it just right. He shows he can write very emotional scenes. And i'll leave it at that. I'm not going to go into what i think of his comedy writing. ugh. But he's got the emotional thing down at least in those two episode iKiss and iOMG.
